Supply the raw materials and see your information assembled into a graphically pleasing, easy-to-navigate Website. Follow these tips:

• Set up a separate text file for each Web page. Follow common sense and name the files to correspond to your Web pages.
• Please send us your final approved test version. Though minor changes are expected after the Web pages are prepared, extra charges will apply to format and insert brand new text. Web pages which contain more than 1,200 words may be subject to additonal charges, especially if they require a good deal of formatting.

• Graphics can be submitted to us in either digitized form or hard copy photos which we will scan.
• Prepare captions for each photo and indicated which Web page it goes on.
• Specialized graphic designis available. Design for such items is charged on an hourly basis.
• You may select stock photos for your pages. We will arrange purchase and bill you for the photo cost. If you want us to find and select photos, we charge our hourly rate. We recommend iStockPhoto.
