MacTCP

To enter the DNS information for WonderWave.net, you need to open MacTCP. Click on the apple icon in the upper left-hand corner and select MacTCP from the drop-down menu.

• Once in MacTCP, you will see either PPP or FreePPP highlighted.
  Click on More.

  

• Select the following options and enter these settings:
  • Under Obtain Address, select Server.
  • Under Class, select class C. If you see any other class, click on the letterbox and select C.
  • Under Domain Name Server Information, enter the following:

  • • In the first Domain field, enter wonderwave.net.
      In the first IP Address field, enter 208.49.144.10.

    • In the second Domain field, enter a ".".
      In the second IP Address field, enter 208.49.144.10.

    • In the third Domain field, enter a ".".
      In the third IP Address field, enter 69.220.182.10.

  

• Click on OK.
• Click on the grey square in the upper left-hand corner of the MacTCP window. A message will appear about restarting before changes will take affect. Do NOT restart.
• To complete the settings changes, you must delete two files so that the settings changes you have made will take affect.

  Click on the hard drive icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Macintosh screen and select the System Folder. Once in the folder, find the icon called, MacTCP DNR, and drag it into the trash. Now locate the folder in the System Folder called, Preferences. Once in the folder, look for the icon called, MacTCP Prep. Drag the icon into the trash. Now empty the trash and reboot the computer.
